Escape of US aid worker killers is contrived, it is Sudan's retaliation for US hard-handed positions

Sudan today announced that the killers of US aid worker John Granville have escaped from prison.

Does the government think we are morons? Who’s going to buy this?

I am betting that this contrived escape is Sudan’s retaliation for the recent criticism leveled by the US Administration against lack of freedom and repression in the country, and could possibly be a response to Joe Biden’s meeting with Salva Kiir.

A report appearing on the pro-government newspaper Akhir Lahzah yesterday, 10 June, quoted insiders as saying that the government is mulling the US's recent hard-handed position on Sudan. It looks like Sudan has delivered the response.
